Hi, I’m Rochelle.
Food is meant to nourish, connect, and bring joy—not feel overwhelming, confusing, or stressful. If you’ve ever felt unsure about what to eat or frustrated by conflicting nutrition advice, you’re not alone. I’m here to help you navigate nutrition in a way that feels sustainable, fulfilling, and aligned with your unique needs.
I practice from a weight-inclusive perspective, believing health is not defined by a number on the scale. Instead of rigid food rules, I focus on helping you build habits that honor your body, lifestyle, and cultural food traditions, while recognizing the valuable insight you bring about your own body and experiences with food.
I also specialize in infant and child nutrition, helping families navigate picky eating, growth concerns, and mealtime stress. My goal is to help you feel confident in feeding your child while fostering a positive, trusting relationship with food.
I’m passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and adults, including those with sensory differences, executive functioning challenges, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and other feeding needs. My approach is flexible, strengths-based, and affirming, with a focus on reducing stress around food and supporting nourishment in ways that feel realistic and accessible.
Whether you’re looking for nutrition guidance for specific acute or chronic health conditions, support for your child’s growth and development, or simply want eating to feel easier and more enjoyable, I provide personalized, non-judgmental care for people of all ages. Let’s work together to create a way of eating that feels good for you.
In my free time, you might find me down at the beach, dreaming up ways to add more plants in my ever-expanding garden, and (on a clear night) looking up at the stars, chasing the Northern Lights.
